It's more than just a gym! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The coaching staff is knowledgeable and accommodating to all skill levels. If you're intimidated by the thought of CrossFit or joining a new place, don't be! Working out will soon be an experience you look forward to at SRCF.
I've been going to SRCF for nearly two years now and I love it! It does not matter what fitness level you currently are. The coaches and members of the gym are going to push you to improve and you will see results. If you're looking for a gym SRCF would be a great gym to look at!
I can't say enough awesome things about this place. The gym is not huge, so you feel like a closer knit group of people/friends. Everyone is so welcoming and the coaches are very patient teaching those of us who are new to the lifting/CrossFit "thing." I finished a 6 week challenge and LOVE the progress I've made. I lost weight, gained muscle and strength and CONFIDENCE!!
